How to make a booking

1. Select the property or properties you are interested in
2. Send an email to us with the reference numbers of these properties and the following information:
   your name
   contact number
   the number in your party (adults / children / infants)
   your preferred arrival / departure dates
   special requests (e.g. airport transfer, car hire, use of cot, high chair, etc)
3. We will then reply to your email with confirmation of availability of the properties you selected, or suggest alternatives if those properties are not available.
4. As soon as you have confirmed that you would like to go ahead and book a certain property, we will email a booking confirmation form to you, which should be filled in and returned to us as soon as possible.
5. At the time of booking (i.e. when you return the booking form to us), we will require a deposit of 50% of the cost of the booking, which then confirms your booking with us.
6. 8 weeks prior to your arrival at the property, we require the balance (+ refundable breakages deposit) to be paid.
