This modern top floor 2-bedroom apartment is situated
in the Lagos Marina complex and benefits from access to the communal pools (large
pool and a smaller children's pool) and garden area. A short walk over the footbridge and you
are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with
its cobbled streets and colourful market square offering
a large selection of restaurants, bars, cafés,
traditional shopping and markets.
The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is less than 10 minutes walk, and offers a variety of water sport
activities.
The golf courses at Palmares, Boavista and Penina
are all a short drive away.
Accommodation
This spacious apartment has air conditioning
in both bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double
bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has
twin beds and there is a further separate shower room.
The lounge/dining room with its sun terrace overlooking
the pool and Marina is tastefully furnished with colour
TV, DVD player and music system. The kitchen is modern and
equipped with electric hob, fridge/freezer,
washing machine, and dishwasher.
Parking is available near to
the apartment.
