Description
Situated in the heart of Parque da Floresta Golf Village and a short stroll from the Health Spa, gym and large heated outdoor pool, this bright and airy 2-bedroom golf village house has recently been refurbished, with a modern kitchen and the installation of new bathrooms. It is furnished to a high standard.
The Ground Floor comprises an entrance hall leading to the modern kitchen and large living/dining area, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with walk-in shower. A staircase leads to the first floor.
The kitchen is new and fully equipped including a large fridge-freezer, electric/gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, microwave oven and dishwasher.
The living/dining room has patio doors that lead out onto an extensive terrace overlooking the hills, with distant sea views.
The lounge has ample seating and a dining area accommodating 6 people, as well as an open gas fire for the chillier winter months.
Satellite TV is installed and there is a CD player as well as a DVD/Video player for guest use.
Bedroom 1 upstairs is a spacious room with a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes and french doors leading onto the upper balcony area with panoramic views towards the sea and hills.
The bathroom has recently been fully retiled and fitted, including a bath with shower attachment and curtain, basin with storage unit and WC. Bedroom 2 downstairs is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and views over the hills. The large terrace area can also be accessed from this bedroom. The adjoining bathroom has recently been fully retiled and fitted, including a spacious shower cabinet, basin with fitted storage unit, heated towel rail and WC.
Beach towels and hairdryers are provided.
