This stylish and comfortable contemporary apartment for 6 persons is located just a short walk from the popular Blue flag beach of Porto de Mós.
It is available for longer-term rentals (from 1 to 8 months between October and May) at heavily discounted rates and is ideal for those who are interested in staying in the Algarve for an extended period, including those seeking winter sunshine and/or a safe place to work remotely.
The property has a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you could need for cooking at home, including all modern conveniences such as a dishwasher and washing machine.
Heating is available for the colder months.
Free, unrestricted Wi-Fi is available and is suitable for those who work remotely.
The discounted rates include a weekly housekeeping service and all utility costs (except electricity and gas).
The rental rate shown is for periods of 1 to 3 months.
For longer stays (i.e. more than 3 months), the rate reduces even further (please contact us for details).
The spacious apartment is on the raised ground floor of a small block of apartments and is fully equipped with all modern appliances and has everything you need for a perfect stay.
It is furnished to a very high standard with a large open-plan kitchen/living area, 3 bedrooms (sleeping 6 persons).
The Master bedroom has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and direct access to the South-facing terrace.
The second bedroom has two single beds (that can be joined together to form a super king-size bed) and there is a third room that is used as a bedroom with another king-size bed in it.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a separate family shower room.
The apartment is light and airy with plenty of space to unwind and enjoy your holiday.
There is a large flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi - perfect for the whole family!
The large, partially covered terrace leading from the living area is a great place to simply relax and watch the world go by, with a glimpse of the ocean beyond.
There is comfortable outdoor furniture to relax on while enjoying your favourite cocktail and contemplating your next adventure in this fabulous location, whether it be water sports, mini-golf, water theme parks, Zoomarine, or simply enjoying the cuisine of the many local restaurants in the immediate location or the city centre of Lagos.
Porto de Mós beach is approximately 5 minutes' walk from the apartment and there you can find two beach restaurants, Campimar & Antonio’s.
The nearest bus stop for going into the town centre is also down by the beach.
Alternatively, an approximate 5-minute car/taxi ride will take you into the bustling historic town of Lagos.
The walk from the apartment to the centre would take approximately 25 minutes.
Lagos perfectly blends traditional Portuguese culture with beautiful beaches and great tourist facilities.
It has an amazing historic centre with lots to explore - or you can just take a leisurely walk alongside the charming Marina estuary.
With its great selection of restaurants, shops and bars you will be spoilt for choice.
Close to Lagos is a variety of activities and sights ranging from water parks, boat trips, dolphin watching, horse riding, zoo, as well as historic monuments, leisurely walks along the cliffs and challenging hikes and biking trails. There are three golf courses in close proximity to Lagos, making it an ideal location for your base.
