Description
The stunning 3-bedroom apartment is furnished and equipped to a very high standard, with TVs, a wine fridge in the kitchen, air conditioning throughout, and a spacious veranda with views over the garden and shared pool.
The veranda is accessed from the lounge and the master bedroom and has comfortable outdoor seating, including a sofa, a dining table and 6 chairs and 2 sun loungers.
The pool area on the ground-floor level of the building can be accessed by lift or stairs from the apartment.
The master bedroom (with double bed) leads directly out onto the veranda and has an en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 have a double bed and share a bathroom (with walk-in shower).
From the veranda, living-room and kitchen there are wonderful views over Lagos old town as well as views towards the main beach of Lagos ('Meia Praia') and the ocean.
The location is ideal for access to restaurants, bars, beaches, the award-winning Marina de Lagos, fish market, supermarkets, train station, bus station, and taxi rank.
Although the apartment is very close to the centre of town, it is in a quiet and peaceful location.
With such a central location a car is not necessary when staying here, but in case you do have a car there is an allocated parking space available on-site for you to use (free of charge).
Tip: if you are intending to hire a car during your stay, we recommend hiring a small car as the nearby streets are quite narrow.

Very lovely property - actually lives up to the photographs! Amazing views from all the windows in the lounge/kitchen. Very well kitted out - loads of kitchen equipment and an enormous fridge/freezer. The parking space is invaluable given the old towsee more

The parking space is invaluable given the old town location (although squeezing into the allocated bay takes a bit of getting used to). Pool is not heated hence quite refreshing but we still managed to get into it!

The property entrance is located down a side alley that branches off of the main road. If you miss the alley, you have to drive around the old town one-way system for a few minutes before you can get back to the alley again! So maybe a simple diagramsee more
