The apartment is in a ‘raised’ ground floor position overlooking the two pools and the garden area with direct access from the property through a private gate.
It also benefits from a huge private terrace with ample space for sun loungers and a dining table & chairs to enjoy the wonderful sunny days and evenings.

The apartment has one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a twin bedroom, with access to a shower room.
Both bedrooms lead out to the terrace through patio doors and they also benefit from air conditioning.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine, so if there is a budding chef in your party they will be able to practise their skills!
The kitchen also has double glass doors leading on the terrace.

The comfortably furnished air conditioned large lounge and dining area has a dining table and chairs to seat 6 persons and 2 large sofas to relax on.
The patio doors take you out to the large veranda, where you can dine al fresco at any time of day.

Le confort, la piscine, la propreté, la localisation et l'accueil !
Il y a une petite vue sur la mer très agréable. La piscine et la résidence sont très bien entretenues. Le personne de Destination Algarve font tout pour vous rendre le séjour agréable. Le positionnement de la location est vraiment TOP car c'est seulement à 15 minutes à pied du centre de Lagos et à 20 minutes à pied de Ponta Da Piedade qui est un endroit MAGIC surtout pour les couchés de soleil.

We will definitely look at all sun loungers and replace any damaged ones we find.

As for the pool maintenance, we will forward this information onto the condominium to ensure this is handled with more responsibility.

Excellent apartment and facilities

The apartment was perfectly located for restaurants, shops and bars. A lovely 15 minute stroll into the town centre and a few minutes walk down the road to the beautiful beach. There is a Spar shop a few minutes walk away and a large supermarket and a Lidl less than five minutes drive away. The spotlessly clean apartment had everything you could ever needwant. Beautiful furniture, kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. The huge (45 feet long?) terrace had four loungers, an umbrella and dining table and chairs. There were four different doors with access to the terrace. The pool was just heavenly. There was a partial sea view. Can't wait to stay again in the future. Destination Algarve were great to deal with. Super helpful and efficient service. The booking couldn't have been any easier. Thank you so much Sean, Carol and the Team.

Brilliant accommodation and location

We love this place. The proximity to the old town, excellent beaches, variety of good restaurants and local shops. The accommodation is spacious, well equipped and comfortably furnished with great facilities. A lovely home away from home.

Bedroom pillows are very soft and not supportive. The excellent sun loungers on the terrace are starting to show signs of wear.
