Description
The apartment is ideally located with easy access to the beach, town and shops. Around 10 minutes' walk is Meia Praia beach, one of the longest and most spectacular beaches in the Algarve. Also within a 10-15 minute drive you will find many other sandy and family-friendly beaches with full facilities.
The balcony is furnished with plenty of very comfortable seating, an outdoor dining table with seating for 4 persons - and there is a gas BBQ.
Bedroom 1 (master bedroom) has a large double bed and access to the balcony at the rear of the building which has a small table and chairs and is ideal place to sit and have a coffee either first thing in the morning while enjoying the morning sun - or later during the day if you prefer to be in the shade!
Bedroom 2 has twin beds and a comfortable workspace including a desk, desk lamp, and office chair. The balcony at the rear of the building can be accessed from this bedroom.
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with all modern conveniences, including a Delta coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and so on.
The dining area has a dining table and chairs for 4 people.
The apartment benefits from high-speed internet and there is a large flat-screen TV to enjoy your favourite movies.
There are 2 modern bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a bath with overhead shower.
For warmer evenings, there is air-conditioning throughout the property.
Allocated parking is available in the basement garage, with lift access from the basement level to the apartment.

Everything was as we hoped for from the moment we arrived. The lady who met us showed us round the apartment, explained it's position as regards shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was just what we wanted - two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious lounge dinning area and an extremely well equipped kitchen. The large balcony off the lounge was well furnished, caught the sun and had a gas barbecue. The balcony off the bedrooms was quiet and a place to cool down.
We have over the years experienced self catering accommodation of varying standards but this was by far the best. A well deserved five star rating. |
