As you get into the apartment you enter to a spacious and luminous place with an open plan kitchen/living area which will lead you to a balcony with an amazing pool view. As a plus, you are also able to view Lagos Marina and the sea at the horizon.
This balcony is equipped with an outdoor sofa, ideal to relax and spend time outdoors but in the privacy of the property.
If you prefer to go for a dive, the pool area is just the perfect choice! Surrounded by lovely gardens, the fabulous pool area has plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxing. (The gardens and pool are within a fenced area.)
The Master bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a separate bathroom equipped with a shower.

Allocated parking is available in the basement garage, with lift access from the basement level to the apartment.
