Description
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
The second bedroom has twin beds and a separate bathroom with a shower.
There is a balcony on 2 sides of the apartment overlooking the pool.
There is a separate barbecue area - ideal for those who like to go shopping at the local market and to prepare lunch at home.
The apartment is fully furnished with an open-plan kitchen/living area, a large flat-screen TV, and free high-speed Wi-Fi.
This apartment benefits from a shared pool and children's pool.
Outdoors parking is available adjacent to the apartment block, as well as a designated parking space in the communal garage.
[Please note that this apartment is located in a quiet condominium with a mixture of residents and holidaymakers.
All guests are required to respect the condominium rules which state that - among other things - inflatables and water guns cannot be used in or near the pool, jumping into the pool is forbidden, and noise levels must be respected.
These rules are in place for the benefit of - and should be respected by - everybody staying within the condominium.
Quiet hours are from 23:00-08:00, which means that this property is more suited to guests who are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday and is NOT suitable for guests who like to party late, festivalgoers, etc.

This condo and complex were ideally located near the beach, train station, marina, food markets and downtown. The unit was excellent and met our needs for 3 months while we explored Portugal and Spain on side trips. The management company was very helpful and responsive. We felt very safe at the condo and in the city. The condo was well supplied with linens and kitchenware. We did not use the pool as it is not heated in the winter. The pool started to be completely renovated in mid March so hopefully it will be ready in the summer. The garage is a nice feature. Basically you can walk or take public transportation, including Uber, very easily. The fresh food market is extraordinary and a wonderful community gathering event. The walk on the beginning of the Fishermen's trail is breathtaking. Lagos in general is a friendly community and we found most people speak English but we learned some Portuguese as well. Cars can be rented at sveral locations and we had several great rentals from Europcar. The train runs along the Algarve too if you want to wander to other cities. An amazing experience and this condo was a fantastic place to spend the winter!

I dont think you can fix the way the sewer gases come in from the drains after a storm but you need to air the apartment out then.
