This modern 4-bedroom villa with private pool (can be heated at extra cost) is in a great location just a few minutes from the Marina, town, and the main beach of Lagos (Meia Praia).
There are 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom.
On the ground-floor there is a WC as well as a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower, and a separate family bathroom with shower cubicle.
There is a large, fully-equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences including dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, etc. A washing machine is also provided.
The large lounge is comfortably furnished and leads directly out to the pool area. A Smart TV and free Wi-Fi are available for guests.
There is also a great games room and gym area on the lower floor where you can have fun playing table tennis, darts or pool, or you can even have a workout on the fitness equipment!
The villa is ideally located near to Lagos town, with shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife all around a 20 minute walk away.
The fabulous, 5km-long Meia Praia beach is a few minutes walk from the villa. In addition, the dramatic scenery of the west coast is within easy reach by car.
The town of Lagos is full of character with its narrow streets and many restaurants serving fresh fish and other seafood. Children are welcome everywhere and there are many activities on offer for young and old, including dolphin watching and grotto trips, mountain biking & various water sports as well as a number of top-class golf courses (including Palmares, Penina, and Boavista – all within 10-15 minutes drive from the villa). Within a 25-minute drive are the courses at Penina and Morgado. A little further afield (approximately a 30 minute drive) are water parks and the very popular ‘Zoomarine’.
This property is licensed according to Portuguese holiday rental laws and is fully compliant with all safety regulations.
Please note that the area in which this property is located has strict regulations regarding noise disturbance.

Spent 9 days in Lagos at RLAG 83 with my wife and daughter. We had the most fantastic time and such a lovely welcome from Carol and the team and continued support throughout the trip especially from Gabriela who helped arrange our required tests and see more

We had the most fantastic time and such a lovely welcome from Carol and the team and continued support throughout the trip especially from Gabriela who helped arrange our required tests and answered all our questions . The property was immaculate and stocked with everything we needed. Our Daughter who is 11 months loved her crib and highchair which were provided and didn't have a single bad night. We really enjoyed the BBQ and pool area and not to forget the wonderful games room. The surrounding area is beautiful with respectful neighbours and amazing scenery and nature just a few minutes walk from your front door. Easy access to the town centre (8mins by car) and the nearest beach was a 20minute walk. The team were always quick to respond to any queries and requests and I would definatley reccomend my family and friends to book their next holiday there. Hope to return soon!

The accommodation is very generous. Games room was fun. Bedrooms were fairly evenly appointed with two en-suites. Showers everywhere :-) (2 ensuites, seperate 3rd bathroom, one in the games room and one by the pool). Great open Kitchen / Diner / Lounsee more

Balcony outside first floor bedrooms for evening sun. Nice, easy walk to the local beach and Gaivota Beach Bar / Restaurant (under 15 mins and through the undulating fields). Short drive / taxi to town.
The DA team have been fantastic and communicative all the way through our booking and during our stay. We had a brilliant week and hope to be back soon. We would definitely recommend Destination Algarve, |

There's always something that could have made our holiday even better but with this villa, it really is picking at straws... Doors opening to pool were awkward to keep open (we used dining chairs to prop them open). Another set of furniture on the rosee more
There's always something that could have made our holiday even better but with this villa, it really is picking at straws... Doors opening to pool were awkward to keep open (we used dining chairs to prop them open). Another set of furniture on the roof would have been good - that would have been a great place to sit for the very last bit of sun. Some warning of when the pool guys are going to turn up and what to expect. It would have been easier to park in the level driveway but we couldn't get that unlocked. None of this detracted from a fabulous week :-)
