Villa Thelen is a spacious, modern 5-bedroom villa located in a quiet area of Praia da Luz in the Western Algarve.

The first floor comprises the living and dining areas, a spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and separate WC - as well as a sun terrace (with plenty of space for sun bathing, relaxing, and al fresco dining) and a gorgeous swimming pool.
There is also a separate WC for accessible directly from the sun terrace.
From this level there are wonderful ocean views as well as views towards 'Black Rock' ('Rocha Negra').

On the ground floor are 4 bedrooms:

▪ bedroom 2 with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath with overhead shower. (Please note that this bathroom does not have a WC)
▪ bedroom 3 with twin beds and en-suite shower room including WC
▪ bedroom 4 with twin beds and en-suite shower cubicle
▪ bedroom 5 with double bed and full en-suite bathroom including walk-in shower, WC, bidet.

The ground-floor also has a:
▪ separate WC for use by bedrooms 2 and 4.
▪ laundry room (with washing, drying, and ironing facilities).

High-speed Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the villa.

IMPORTANT:
This villa is cooled via an underfloor cooling system - not air conditioning (A/C) units.

Please note that the area in which this property is located has strict regulations regarding noise disturbance.
Loud noise is not permitted between 23:00-08:00, which means that this property is more suited to guests who are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday and is NOT suitable for guests who like to party late, festivalgoers, etc.
