Villa Meridian is a magnificent 4-bedroom villa located in an exclusive area of Praia da Luz in the Western Algarve.

The panoramic windows give a feeling of light, space, and relaxation.
Each room has been specially designed and decorated with comfort in mind.

High-speed Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the villa.

The first floor comprises the stunning master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private balcony with amazing ocean views and bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom and private balcony.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 - also with en-suite bathrooms - are located on the ground-floor and have direct access to the pool area and ground-floor sun terraces.
The ground floor also comprises the living and dining areas and fully-equipped modern kitchen with all modern appliances and everything needed for cooking and dining in at the villa.
The spacious terrace has both shaded and unshaded areas so is ideal for al fresco dining as well as relaxing.

The lower ground floor has a laundry room (with washing, drying, and ironing facilities).

Please note that the area in which this property is located has strict regulations regarding noise disturbance.
Loud noise is not permitted between 23:00-08:00, which means that this property is more suited to guests who are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday and is NOT suitable for guests who like to party late, festivalgoers, etc.
