Luz - Villa

'Vivenda Falcoeira' is situated approximately 10-minutes drive from Praia da Luz beach, and 15 minutes from Lagos town and its wonderful beaches.

The villa has recently been renovated and modernised to a very high standard and benefits from all modern conveniences including high-speed internet, Apple TV with Netflix, a Sonos sound system with speakers inside and outside the villa, a modern fully-equipped kitchen, and a separate utility room with washing machine.

Within the extensive, landscaped gardens are a private padel tennis court (standard size 20 x 10 m), putting green, boules court, heated swimming pool (minimum depth 1.4m, maximum depth 2.75m), a table tennis table, and other games including darts, and table curling - plenty of activities for all the family!

In addition to the all the activities on offer, if you prefer just to relax and unwind during your holiday, you can enjoy the peace and quiet in one of the many seating/sunbathing areas around the property.
You can enjoy a relaxing sundowner on the roof-top sun terrace which has a fantastic bar area.

There are so many things to do here that you might not want to venture far from the villa but - if you do want to get out and about - it is just a short drive to Praia da Luz and to Lagos town with its great selection of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and other amenities and attractions.

Next to the pool is an outdoor bar with bar stools - ideal for sitting and enjoying a sangria or glass of local wine!

For outdoor dining, there is a lovely outdoor dining table and chairs and a Weber gas barbecue.

The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV with Apple TV and Netflix, and a Sonos sound system.
The outside terraces can be accessed directly from the living room.

The dining room has seating for 6 persons, and access to the terrace via a 'sun room' - ideal for relaxing.

The stunning, modern kitchen with island / breakfast bar has an induction hob, oven and microwave, American style fridge-freezer, and dishwasher.
There is access from the kitchen to the rooftop sun terrace with bar.

All bedrooms are very comfortably furnished and all have en-suite bathrooms.

Bedroom 1 (to the left) has a large double bed 1.6m x 2.0m) and en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, and bidet.
This bedroom has direct access to the rear sun terrace.

Bedroom 2 (middle) has a large double bed (1.8m x 2.0m), TV, and a modern en-suite bathroom with double sink, shower, and bidet.
This bedroom has access to a private, covered sun room.

Bedroom 3 (to the right) has 2 single beds (0.9m x 2.0m) that can be placed together to form a large double, and an en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle.
This bedroom also has a desk / workstation - in case you need to catch up on emails while you are on holiday!
There is no direct access to outside areas from this bedroom.

[Please note that some road noise is audible in the outside areas on the North side of the property.]
