Villa Vanguard is a stunning 4-bedroom villa located in an exclusive area of Praia da Luz in the Western Algarve.

The panoramic windows give a feeling of light, space, and relaxation.
Each room has been specially designed and decorated with comfort in mind.

High-speed Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the villa.

The 4 bedrooms (all with en-suite bathrooms) are located on the ground-floor - three of the bedrooms lead directly out to the ground-floor sun terraces and infinity pool (which can be heated (at extra cost - depending on the season)).

The first floor comprises the living and dining areas, fully-equipped modern kitchen with all modern appliances and equipment needed for cooking and dining in at the villa.
The spacious terrace has both shaded and unshaded areas so is ideal for al fresco dining as well as relaxing.

The lower ground floor has a fitness room - and a laundry room (with washing, drying, and ironing facilities).

Please note that the area in which this property is located has strict regulations regarding noise disturbance.
Loud noise is not permitted between 23:00-08:00, which means that this property is more suited to guests who are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday and is NOT suitable for guests who like to party late, festivalgoers, etc.
